Crazy Dragon Pork & Spring Onion Dumplings – 1 Packet
1 small iceberg lettuce
1 small bunch of mint and / or Asian basil
2 teaspoons hoy sin sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar (or other vinegar available)
1 tablespoon water
Discard outer leaves of lettuce, separate remaining leaves from stalk being careful to leave them intact if possible, wash, allow to dry, cut each leaf in half and set aside. Remove mint / Asian basil leaves from stalks and set aside. Combine sauce ingredients and set aside in small dipping bowl.
Cook Dumplings by preferred method per instructions on pack. Wrap individual cooked dumplings and a few fresh herb leaves in the halved lettuce leaves and dunk parcel in dipping sauce.
Include some chopped fresh red chilli in your wraps for something spicy
