Recipe Serves 4 People as Snack or 2 People as a Meal.
Crazy Dragon Chicken Dumplings – You choose how many!
2 litres of high quality chicken both
1 medium carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
1 medium brown onion, roughly chopped
1 celery stalk, peeled and roughly chopped
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
400g of snow pea
In a large pot, bring the broth, carrot, celery, onion, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce to a boil. Reduce heat, cover partially and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain the broth, return to the heat and bring to a boil. Add the snow peas for a further 3 minutes. Serve in soup bowls.
Alternative Method: Add the frozen Dumplings to the strained, boiling broth for 7 minutes, stirring gently for the first minute to avoid sticking, then add the snow peas for a further 3 minutes. Serve in Soup Bowls.
Garnish with fresh chopped Asian herbs or chopped fresh red chilli for something spicy.
