It has taken the chefs at Crazy Dragon years to come up with spring roll, dumpling and gyoza, and shu mai recipes which capture the traditional Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese and Malaysian flavours, as well as Western herbs, fruit and vegetables like garlic, lemon myrtle, carrot and mango.
