Who are we?
Crazy Dragon finger foods started producing Asian-fusion dumplings and shu-mai in 2004 for the Australian foodservice industry. Now we can provide any type of finger food you can imagine to any country in the world. The reason we started is because we saw that chefs were starved for frozen options with long shelf lives, which are innovative and of high quality. We try our best to respond to the needs of chefs in an increasingly creative industry. Chef’s with high volume customers want to be able to serve tasty finger foods, without any wastage. That is why we guarantee chef-quality products, HACCP accreditation, and 12 months shelf life.
