In 2006 we moved our production from a factory in Melbourne to Barramundi Gardens- a Barramundi farm in North Queensland. From that moment we really had the edge in terms of quality, using wild-caught prawns straight from the trawlers, barramundi from the front yard, and pork and chicken from local farms. The farm even grows some of our veges, such as bok-choi.
